Usage Rights

Photographer retains the copyright to all images taken during the event. However, Photographer grants Client a non-exclusive, limited license to use the images for personal use, including but not limited to printing, sharing on social media, and personal websites. Commercial use of the images requires written consent from Photographer.

Model Release

Client grants Photographer the right to use the images in their portfolio, promotional materials, website, and social media for the purpose of showcasing their work.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation by the Client, the deposit is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by Photographer, all monies paid by Client will not be refunded but client can reschedule.

Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Photographer from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of the use of the images.

Editing and Retouching

a. The Photographer will perform basic editing and retouching on the images to ensure quality and consistency.

b. Additional editing requests beyond the scope of basic editing may incur extra charges.

Client Responsibilities

a. The Client is responsible for ensuring a suitable shooting environment, including obtaining necessary permissions for shooting locations. b. The Client agrees to be on time for scheduled sessions to maximize the shooting time.
